Witt Construction in collaboration with eTanny Design has designed this stunning transitional-style dream house located in Saratoga Springs, New York. This four-bedroom and five-bath residence was conceived with an open floor plan, divided by interior stone columns, reclaimed barn wood beams, and built-in furnishings, which create individual dining, kitchen, and family room areas.

The gourmet kitchen features a custom island, a round breakfast area, and sliding glass that opens to the outdoor grill porch and patio. Just off the kitchen is a four-season room with a glass wall that slides open to the patio. Throughout this home, the windows and doors are sourced from Pella Windows & Doors. The flooring was sourced from Floormaster Carpet One Floor & Home.

What We Love: This gorgeous residence provides a warm and inviting atmosphere for everyday living and entertaining. There are plenty of entertaining options throughout this home, from the cozy living room with its stone-clad fireplace, to the light-filled four-season porch and lower-level wine room, home theater, and bar. Overall, we are loving the attention to detail throughout this home especially the warmth of the rustic barn wood beams.

A centerpiece open staircase brings together the home’s three floors – from the first-floor owner’s bedroom suite that comes complete with a door that leads to an outdoor shower. On the second level, there are two en-suite bedrooms along with a loft. The stunning lower level features reclaimed iron windows looking into the wine room, a home theater, bar, guest bedroom, and full bath.
