Mindy Gayer Design in collaboration with Todd Custom Homes is responsible for the complete overhaul of this beautiful home located in Laguna Hills, a city in south Orange County, California The full-scale renovation took three years to complete, from demolition to installation. This young family of five was looking for their forever home that would meet their personal lifestyle needs and aesthetics.
The finished result of this remodel skews towards a more traditional style, with gorgeous millwork and custom cabinetry details in every space. Personalized details and family heirlooms throughout this dwelling make the project feel genuinely unique and custom tailored from head to toe.
What We Love: This stunning home in Laguna Hills was completely renovated to meet the homeowner’s busy lifestyle needs. A calming and relaxed atmosphere is offered throughout the interiors with a soothing color palette for a timeless appeal. The designers did a fabulous job of incorporating the family’s beloved heirlooms to create a home that is full of charm and personality. We especially love the exquisite kitchen, well-appointed and beautifully styled.

Inside, the pantry is wrapped in beautiful millwork, painted in the same accent color as the kitchen islands. The baskets on the shelves are from Pottery Barn.
